A storybird story is a story that you have in your imagination. My story is about pirates and mermaids. That’s what my story’s about and how I got that idea was this movie called Pirates of the Caribbean. That is one of my favorite movies, so back to storybird. A two voice poem is a poem where two people talk at the same times and my partner was Aivry.  It was about the ocean. We got interested by Paul Flieschman and his poetry. His poem was about fireflies. His was amazing and my favorite part said this. “And the rest of the day before I get a follow back.”

Our class field trip was great! What was interesting was there was a bee hive “bee cave” in the hill and I thought that was interesting. I saw spittle bug eggs on a plant they looked like spit. And I saw a snake, I think it was a king snake. Mrs. Boyesen saw half of it. When we were hiking l heard a lot of birds chirping. And I saw lizard, it caught my eye and what I wrote in my field notes is there was a bird sitting upside down on a branch. It was amazing and when I was in the bee and spittle path I thought that wood was a crocodile. I thought I was crazy and the dirt or sand was really white. That was the best field trip to the lagoon!

In our class we learned a lot about monarchs here are some facts about monarchs.

This is a scientific writing about monarchs, you can learn a lot from this, I hope you like it.
Out side the monarch sets its egg on a beautiful milkweed plant. When they hatch they’re a caterpillar. They eat and eat. They make their chrysalis, then 5 weeks later the chrysalis breaks open and a monarch comes out. That’s called metamorphosis. When they hatch they have bright orange wings.

Monarchs migrate. They fly to Mexico. Some monarchs do not make it, the grandchildren make it first. The born one makes its first new journey.

Good morning or evening, it’s me again. This is my product review! A product review is a toy that you review. You are about to go on a journey. How did I do it? Well I took my school iPad home and I took a picture of my favorite toy we got from Christmas and the next day we made a video. We talked a about the special features about our product. We learned aboutFlashlight. I got it at home. It’s fun to read. If you don’t have it that’s ok. But you don’t read it, you look at the pages. They’re like these things that are holes.
